Karlton Gray is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in life sciences and extensive expertise in manufacturing and quality assurance. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Imperial Clinical Research Services since August 2012, Karlton oversees the direction of the manufacturing facility, prioritizing employee development, technology implementation, and compliance with regulations.
