Ted C. has over 30 years of work experience. Ted started their career at Plumbs Ltd as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for leading stock crews, managing sales and gross margin in the Dairy & Frozen Department, and enforcing store policies. Ted then joined Bissell Graphics, Inc. as a Divisional Information Services Manager, leading teams of Business and IT Project Managers and overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of technology systems. Since 1999, Ted has been working at Imperial Clinical Research Services, starting as the Director of Information Technology and eventually progressing to Vice President of Operations & Technology. In their current role, they lead Imperial Clinical Research in strategy, operations, manufacturing, and technology for teams in the United States and United Kingdom. Ted is dedicated to exceeding client expectations, creating trustworthy relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

Ted C. received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Ferris State University, where they studied from 1983 to 1988. Prior to that, they completed their high school education, focusing on Mathematics and Computer Science. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn in 2018.
