Shannon Cliff

Shannon Cliff has extensive work experience in HR, with a focus on talent management and strategic initiatives. Shannon currently serves as the Director of HR - Rockies Territory at Imperial Dade, where they oversee talent functions and strategies for multiple states. Before joining Imperial Dade, Shannon held the position of Director of Talent at Western Paper Distributors, a division of Imperial Dade. Prior to that, they had various roles at PwC, including Market Resource & Operations Leader, Resource & Operations Manager, Product Manager, Audit Manager, and Associate/Senior Associate. Their responsibilities at PwC included managing product life cycles, performing financial statement audits, and leading teams.

Shannon Cliff, HR Director, holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University of Victoria, which was obtained between 1998 and 2003. Following that, they pursued education in the field of Accounting and Finance at the CA School of Business from 2003 to 2006, where they acquired the Chartered Accountant designation. Shannon also obtained several additional certifications, including the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, and holds Certified Public Accountant designations from the California Society of CPAs/CalCPA Education Foundation and the Colorado Society of CPAs | COCPA. Shannon is also a Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.
