Monika Siwiec is a General Counsel at Imperial Fund with over 9 years of experience as an advisor and counsel to servicing and lending clients regarding general Florida mortgage lending/servicing matters, including default litigation (foreclosure of first and second mortgage liens, REO matters, code violations, and all aspects of default litigation), servicer/lender defense. Before joining Imperial Fund Monika worked as Associate Attorney at Blank Rome LLP. Monika holds a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Miami and a BS from the University of Florida.
