Andranik Barsegyan

Andranik Barsegyan, MPH, is a seasoned professional in health analytics and quality improvement, currently serving as the Director of Health Analytics, Quality Improvement, and Risk Adjustment at Imperial Health Plan of California, Inc. Since December 2022, Andranik has enhanced managed data operations, risk adjustment, and quality initiatives through expertise in data engineering and business intelligence. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Risk Adjustment at AltaMed Health Services, where Andranik developed integrated solutions and data analysis tools, and a Graduate Student in Health Management & Policy at UCLA. With a foundational background as Billing and Collections Manager at TBT Express, Andranik combines extensive experience in healthcare operations and management gained through various internships and educational endeavors, holding an Executive Master of Public Health from UCLA and dual bachelor’s degrees from UC Irvine.
