Marlos Afonso holds an MBA and extensive experience in IT management and project analysis. Currently serving as the Group IT Infrastructure Manager at The Imperial London Hotels Limited since July 2019, Marlos collaborates with the Head of ICT to implement innovative technologies that enhance productivity and guest satisfaction across seven properties, including the Royal National Hotel. Prior to this role, Marlos worked at Cardonet IT Support and Technology Services as a Site Manager and Senior Network Engineer, leading high-performance teams in network maintenance and support.
