C.d. Anglin ('Lyn)

C.D. ('Lyn) Anglin has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In recent years, they worked as a Director at the Imperial Metals Corporation since 2022, responsible for overseeing the scientific functions of the company. Prior to that, they served as a Principal Consultant at Anglin and Associates Consulting starting from 2019. Additionally, Lyn had a brief stint as a BC Liberal Candidate for the North Vancouver - Lonsdale Riding in 2020.

Earlier in their career, Lyn had a significant role as the Chief Scientific Officer at the Imperial Metals Corporation, where they were responsible for monitoring and advising on research, sampling, impact assessments, and appropriate remediation approaches related to the Mount Polley Mine tailings spill.

Prior to their time at the Imperial Metals Corporation, Lyn held positions such as President and CEO at Geoscience BC, Principal Consultant at Anglin & Associates, and Associate Director at the Geological Survey of Canada. They also served as the Science Policy Coordinator at Revenue Canada (now Canada Revenue Agency) and worked as a Research Support Geologist in the Seafloor Programme at the Geological Survey of Canada.

C.D. ('Lyn) Anglin obtained a Honours BSc, First Class degree in Geology from Queen's University between 1977 and 1982. From 1982 to 1987, Anglin pursued a Master's degree in Earth Sciences (Geology) at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Finally, from 1988 to 1992, Anglin attended Carleton University and earned a PhD degree in Geological Sciences.
