Chris McFetridge

Chris McFetridge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement, business development, and engineering. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Lead at Imperial Oil since 2008, Chris is a key member of the company's continuous improvement network, facilitating training on advanced lean concepts and mentoring new specialists. Previous roles include Business Development Manager and Sales Manager, where strategic planning and market analysis were integral to success. As an Application Engineer, Chris focused on energy efficiency and predictive maintenance solutions. Additionally, Chris co-founded FlexConnect Energy Inc., working on demand response solutions.
