Federico Costa, CPA, MBA, is an experienced financial systems analyst and HR business partner currently working at Imperial Oil since February 2019. Previously, Federico held senior roles in companies such as Great-West Life, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, and Canadian Pacific Railway, providing support for HR functions and system solutions. With a solid foundation in payroll management from a decade-long tenure at ExxonMobil, Federico has supervised teams, ensured compliance for expatriate compensation, and engaged in system testing and upgrades. Earlier career experiences involved positions at Repsol, KPMG, and Eastman Kodak, enhancing expertise in accounting and auditing. Federico holds an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and has completed an Enterprise Leadership Program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
