Haley Kroetsch

Haley Kroetsch is an experienced professional with a strong background in maintenance planning, safety, and trading within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Maintenance Planning and Services Superintendent and previously as SSHE Supervisor at Imperial Oil, Haley also holds a significant role as a member of the Americas Regional Response Team at ExxonMobil since June 2011. Additional roles include Safety WMS Supervisor, Natural Gas Trader, Internal Auditor, Procurement Lead, and Contract Manager. Haley has completed a Master of Business Administration from Memorial University in Newfoundland and Labrador and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from the University of Manitoba, as well as educational experience at HKUST Business School. Additionally, Haley participated in the Leadership Development Program at the Calgary Chamber of Commerce from November 2018 to December 2019.
