Rebecca Coffey has a range of experience in the oil and gas industry. Rebecca started their career at ExxonMobil Canada in 2006, where they worked as a Project Engineer and managed multiple brownfield modification projects for Hibernia and Sable operating assets. Rebecca also held two functional roles as a Subject Matter Expert for Project Management and as a member of the Production Operations Best Practices Network. In 2010, they became a Surveillance Engineer for ExxonMobil Canada East before transitioning to the role of Hebron In-Province Modules Execution Planning Engineer. From 2012 to 2017, Coffey served as the Hebron Project Engineer for Ancillary Modules and successfully oversaw the fabrication and delivery of four modules for the Hebron offshore platform. In 2017, they joined Imperial Oil as the Quality Lead for North American Production Projects.

Rebecca Coffey received their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Ocean and Naval Architectural Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland, where they studied from 2000 to 2006. Rebecca then pursued a Masters of Engineering Management degree at the same university from 2010 to 2014.
