Sharon Driscoll is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chair of the Audit Committee and Vice Chair of the Finance Committee at Imperial Oil since May 2023, and as a Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Empire Company Limited since January 2018. Recent past roles include Member of the Board of Directors at Gildan and member of the Audit Committee and Human Resource Committee, as well as Interim Co-CEO and Chief Financial Officer at Ritchie Bros., where contributions were made to enhance growth strategy and diversification. Previous positions include EVP & CFO at Katz Group Canada Ltd./Rexall Pharma Plus and SVP & CFO at Sears Canada Inc. Driscoll also held the position of SVP of Finance at Loblaw Companies Limited.
