Paul Zarookian

Paul Zarookian is an experienced executive with a strong background in corporate strategy and operations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Imperial PFS since January 2020, Zarookian acts as a Senior Adviser to the CEO and is integral to the company's international expansion and strategic projects. Prior to this role, Zarookian held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at IPFS Corporation, where responsibilities included creating and implementing strategies for sales, marketing, and operations. Zarookian's earlier experience includes serving as President of AIG Credit Corp, managing a $5 billion asset commercial finance company, and holding COO roles at both AIG Credit Corp and Imperial AI Credit. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Delaware.
