Rebecca McDonough

Rebecca McDonough is an experienced corporate training and development professional with a strong background in performance analysis and strategic solutions. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Corporate Training Manager at Imperial PFS since 2008, Rebecca manages the Training and Development Department, focusing on analyzing performance gaps and program requirements.
