Clifton Lacata has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Clifton began their career at Zenetra Corporation in 2010, working as a NOC Technician. During this time, they obtained certifications in CompTIA Network+ and Cisco Certified Network Associate. Clifton also developed technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures for NOC operations. In 2014, Lacata advanced to the position of Network Consultant at Zenetra Corporation. Here, they obtained certifications in Cisco Certified Network Professional, Aruba Certified Mobility Professional, and Certified Meraki Networking Associate. Clifton utilized various software to troubleshoot customer network devices both remotely and onsite, internationally. Clifton also developed a standardized process for building, configuring, shipping, and installing network equipment for a large-scale, international network infrastructure contract. Lacata then joined ContentKeeper Technologies in 2019 as a Support Technician. Clifton progressed to the role of Solutions Engineer in 2020 and later became a Senior Solutions Engineer in 2021. Finally, in 2022, Lacata joined Impero Software as a Cloud Services Manager.
Clifton Lacata attended Indiana Wesleyan University from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Technology. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Palo Alto Accredited Configuration Engineer certification from Palo Alto Networks in June 2018, a Certified Meraki Networking Associate certification from Cisco Meraki in May 2018, an Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) certification from Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, in August 2016, a Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching (CCNP Routing and Switching) certification from Cisco in May 2018, and a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) certification from Cisco in October 2016.
