Matthew Dillinger

Matthew Dillinger has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Matthew currently serves as the Director of Support and Systems Engineering at Impero Software starting from July 2022.

Prior to this, Matthew worked at ContentKeeper Technologies for 6 years, from 2016 to 2022. Matthew held various roles within the company, including Sr. Solutions Engineer, Support Manager, Senior Support Engineer, and Technical Support Engineer. In these roles, Matthew was responsible for providing technical support, training support staff, and demonstrating the company's web filtering solution to clients.

Before joining ContentKeeper Technologies, Matthew worked at De Kalb County Central United School District from 2012 to 2016 as a Systems Administrator. In this role, they managed and maintained servers, provided infrastructure support, and helped secure the systems against external threats.

Matthew also gained early experience through an internship at Our Sunday Visitor in 2012. Here, they provided Tier 1 support, serviced computers, implemented computer refreshes, and took on the responsibility of getting the Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager 2012 server functioning.

Throughout their work experience, Matthew has demonstrated their technical expertise, ability to train and lead teams, and strong customer support skills.

Matthew Dillinger attended Ivy Tech Community College from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they obtained an Associates of Applied Science in Computer Information Technology with a focus in Computer Systems Networking. Matthew also earned several certificates, including a Certificate of PC Support and Administration, a Technical Certificate in Computer Information Technology, and a Certificate of Network Administration. In terms of additional certifications, Matthew obtained a Citrix Certified Administrator certification in May 2013, a CompTIA A+ certification in April 2012, a CompTIA Network+ ce certification in April 2015, a Google Apps Certified Administrator certification in November 2015, and a Google Certified Educator certification in February 2015.
