Impero Ventures is the home of AO1. The raise of the solopreneur is here. AO1 is the future. 1 Human. 1 AI tech stack. 1 Voice. A founder-first venture platform built for the entrepreneurs who are done asking permission and ready to build something that lasts.

Founded by Mike Nathan — 20 years in the trenches, 18 companies, three exits, $50M+ raised, and founder of two venture capital funds — Impero exists for one reason: to compress the learning curve between where you are and where you need to be. Mike also advises two universities on the business of startups and investing, bringing institutional credibility to the streets-level insight that actually moves the needle.

Our thesis is simple: Owning is greater than earning. The wealth gap isn't a luck gap — it's an ownership gap. We're here to close it.

What we offer:

Structured founder coaching and advisory (three tiers, built for where you are)
Access to real deal flow and investment frameworks
A path to direct funding for top-tier members — up to $25K from Mike personally

We build with three tools: The Mirror (knowing exactly who you are and why you're building), The Map (the right offer, the right people, the right systems), and The Hammer (the one repeatable action that drives everything forward). Most founders are missing at least one. We help you find it.

This isn't a course. It's not a mastermind with a video conference call once a month. It's a platform built around the belief that belief creates behavior, and behavior creates outcomes — and that the right mentor at the right time changes everything.

If you're serious about building, we're serious about helping.

Impero Ventures. Build like you mean it.
