Kara Giannangeli has over 25 years of experience in various roles within PGi. Starting in December 1997 as Team Lead for Reservations, Kara progressed to CS Manager for EMEA and later became Director of Client Services for AsiaPac. Since May 2007, Kara has served as Director of Event Conferencing Systems Automation & Support, Customer Care, and previously held the position of Project Manager for Client Services. Kara is an alumnus of Colorado State University.
