Olivia Keating has over 14 years of experience in customer service and purchasing roles. Since November 2009, Olivia has been serving as the Customer Service Team Manager at PGi, where responsibilities include overseeing customer service operations and managing team performance. Prior to this position, Olivia worked at Dairygold Food Ingredients from September 2004 to September 2009 in a Purchasing/Pricing role, contributing to the procurement and pricing strategies of the organization.
