Sonal Shenai

Sonal Shenai is an experienced Employment Lead and Investment Director at Impetus, where Sonal leads initiatives to strengthen employment outcomes for disadvantaged youth. Sonal previously held positions such as Head of Consultancy at SafeLives, Chief Executive at The Funding Network, and Corporate Planning Manager at HarperCollins. Sonal also served as a School Governor at Moselle School and has an MBA from INSEAD and a BA Hons in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Oxford.
