Impetus Advisory is an operator-led advisory and delivery partner for gym and health club businesses. We build the repeatable operating systems that turn strong clubs with inconsistent execution into high-performing clubs that scale.

What we specialise in:

PT Performance System

- PT assessment and grading frameworks (commercial performance + coaching quality + client outcomes)
- 12-week Individual Development Plans (IDPs) with a weekly cadence managers can run
- Consultation journeys, standards and QA that drive consistent PT penetration

Member Lifecycle & Retention Engine

- Member onboarding sequences (0–30 days) designed to reduce early churn and accelerate habit formation
- Retention mechanisms: at-risk triggers, save scripts, visit-frequency recovery, referral loops
- Club scorecards and a simple operating cadence regional teams can execute weekly

Scalable execution

- Pilot design → implementation → measurement → rollout blueprint
- Team enablement: training, scripts, toolkits, QA checks and performance reviews

Case study:

We created and delivered two high ROI products for a leading budget gym operator in the GCC—supporting consistent PT performance and member lifecycle execution across a rapidly expanding regional estate. (Client name available in private discussions.)

We support operators in two ways:

1. Consulting: we design the playbooks, KPIs, templates and governance; your team executes with our support.
2. Managed delivery: we implement end-to-end with your oversight, then transfer the system into BAU operations.

If you run a multi-site gym portfolio and want measurable uplift in PT penetration and retention—delivered in a way your teams can sustain—Impetus Advisory is built for you.
