Marko Oczak

Director Global Business Development at Impetus Digital

Marko Oczak is the Director of Global Business Development at Impetus Digital. Prior to joining Impetus, Marko was a Senior Project Manager at Women's College Hospital, where they provided strategic guidance to the executive team and led the creation of a business case, key stakeholder engagement approach, and funder advocacy campaign resulting in over $5 million in funding for program expansion and clinical service scaling. Marko also facilitated KOL engagement and strategic planning advisory boards to launch and scale programs and services, such as the Virtual Hospital and specialized ambulatory care unit expansion. In addition, Marko co-led the development, socialization, and implementation of an organization-wide integrated change and project management framework, as well as an ethical decision-making framework for program prioritization, resource allocation, and strategic investment. Prior to their role at Women's College Hospital, Marko served as Senior Strategic Advisor to the President & CEO at Headwaters Health Care Centre.

Marko Oczak has a Master's Degree in Health Administration from the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto. Marko also has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biology from York University. In addition, they are a Certified Associate in Project Management from the Project Management Institue and has an Advanced Project Management Certification - IT Sector from the University of Toronto. Marko also has a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Certification from The Michener Institute. Finally, they have Entrepreneurship 101 from MaRS Discovery District.

Marko Oczak reports to Natalie Yeadon, Co-Founder and CEO. They work with Cecilia Petrus - Communications Director, Alyssia Grant - Director of Operations.
