Ross Berger

Ross Berger currently serves as the US Business Development Director at Impetus Digital, a leader in providing virtual collaboration experiences for life sciences companies, since November 2024. Prior to this role, Ross held the position of Enterprise Account Executive at Learning Pool, where technology solutions and engaging learning content were developed for modern learners from January 2024 to October 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President and Learning Solutions Architect at Area9 Lyceum, focusing on building 21st-century skills through the Area9 Rhapsode™ platform, as well as a Senior Director of Business Development with undisclosed responsibilities. Ross's experience also encompasses a role as Account Executive in the Southeast market at Saba Software, specializing in talent management services, and previously at Jibe, Inc. as an Enterprise Account Executive focused on enhancing hiring experiences. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech, earned in May 2007.
