Mike Nakahara

Mike Nakahara has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Mike currently holds the position of Senior Director, Digital Design Engineering at Impinj. Prior to this, they worked at Microsoft for several years, holding various roles such as Director of Electrical Engineering, Principal System Architect, Director of Wireless Development for Xbox, and Principal Program Manager for Xbox. Before joining Microsoft, Nakahara worked as the Director of ASIC Development at Avocent. Mike has also held positions at Synthetic IQ, NextComm, Vocable Networks, Cirrus Logic, and VLSI Technology Inc. Throughout their career, Nakahara has been involved in the development and launch of various innovative products and has demonstrated expertise in areas such as wireless architectures, system-on-chip design, and graphics accelerator technology.

Mike Nakahara obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington between 1990 and 1992. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1990, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at the same institution.
