Valerie Hawkins

Valerie Hawkins is an experienced professional in engineering and product management, currently serving as Product Applications Engineering Manager at Impinj since August 2022. In this role, Valerie oversees an engineering team responsible for the delivery of product collateral and technical enablement tools for launches and firmware releases. Prior positions include Lead Product Applications Engineer and Systems Manager at Stephen Gould, where Valerie managed multiple projects, vetted hardware and software enhancements, and communicated technical requirements. Valerie has also worked as a Database Administrator at Northrop Grumman and participated in marine construction projects as a Hydrographic Surveyor for DOF Subsea and C & C Technologies, Inc. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Geography and GIS from the University of Guelph and a Graduate Certificate in Marine Geomatics from the Centre of Geographic Sciences.
