Adrienne Hua

Adrienne Hua is a Product Economist at IMPLAN since September 2024, with significant experience in leadership and research roles. Prior positions include serving as Lead, Principal at the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance from July 2021 to October 2024 and contributing to the Leadership Team at The Ursus Institute from May 2018 to December 2021. Adrienne completed a PhD in Public Policy at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where the dissertation focused on the relationship between foreign aid and human trafficking. Previous roles involve serving as a Graduate Research Assistant and Protocol at the United States Mission to the United Nations in 2014, and as a Program Intern at the American Heart Association in 2012. Educational background includes an M.A. in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
