Stefan Meyer

Stefan is co-founder and technical director of Implandata Ophthalmic Products GmbH. He has more than fifteen years of experience in the development of innovative medical technology products in accordance with the respective regulatory requirements.

Mr. Meyer was co-founder and head of development of a company that developed an innovative product in the field of neurosurgery. Four years after the company was founded, the technology was sold to a leading US neurosurgical company in 2006, with Mr. Meyer then also being responsible for the subsequent technology transfer. In addition, Mr. Meyer has led a number of development projects as a freelance consultant, with the task of leading development products through to regulatory approval. Mr. Meyer built the technology platform of Implandata Ophthalmic Products GmbH. He is the author and co-author of more than a dozen medical device patents.
