Tori Lucyk, CPTM

Tori Lucyk, CPTM has worked in various roles in the field of customer success, training, project management, and IT support.

In 2016, Tori started working at Globus Medical as a Help Desk Support Specialist and later transitioned into a Business Analyst role from July 2017 to September 2019.

In 2019, Tori joined ELS Educational Services, Inc as a Project Manager, working there until April 2020.

In May 2020, Tori returned to Globus Medical as a Temporary Information Technology Business Analyst, and then became an Information Technology Project Coordinator from November 2020 to April 2021.

From April 2021 to August 2022, Tori worked at Globus Medical as a Group Manager, overseeing employee support and services.

In August 2022, Tori joined ImplantBase as a Training Manager, and in February 2023, transitioned into the role of Senior Manager, Customer Success Fulfillment Operations.

Throughout Tori's career, they have gained experience in customer success, training, IT support, project management, and business analysis.

Tori Lucyk, CPTM, received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Valley Forge, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Prior to attending university, Tori attended Oley Valley High School from 2007 to 2011, although no degree or field of study information was provided for high school. In addition to their formal education, Tori has obtained several certifications. Tori earned the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) certification from Training Industry, Inc. in November 2022. Tori also holds the ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in June 2022. Furthermore, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification, also from AXELOS Global Best Practice, in December 2021.
