Jan Rabe

Jan Rabe is a seasoned professional in the fields of energy and sustainability, currently serving as a Senior Partner at Implement Consulting Group since June 2023, focusing on the Energy & Climate Practice. Prior to this, Jan held the position of Senior Partner at Roland Berger, where efforts were directed towards enhancing sustainability and climate action across various domains from April 2022 to May 2023. As CEO of Siemens Advanta Consulting from December 2016 to March 2022, Jan championed the integration of three consulting entities and established a significant external consulting offering. Previous roles at Siemens included Director of Sustainability/CSR, where Jan initiated the carbon neutral program, and Vice President of Strategy for the Wind Power division, contributing to its growth into a leading wind company. Jan’s career at Siemens Management Consulting spanned from 2001 to 2011, with roles as Partner, Project Manager, and Consultant in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. Educationally, Jan earned a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur degree from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1999.
