Lars Hebsgaard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT outsourcing, sourcing strategy, and procurement transformation. Currently a Partner at Implement Consulting Group since January 2019, Lars focuses on advanced negotiations and cost optimization. Previously, Lars held significant roles, including Board Member at Commentor A/S and Director of Technology Management Office at Coop Danmark, managing various technology departments. Earlier career highlights include positions at Implement Consulting Group, ISS, Gartner, VELUX, and Accenture, where Lars developed expertise in client engagement, sales management, and IT consultancy.
