Mads Kaysen

Mads Kaysen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Implement Consulting Group and CEO of CAiSA, Kaysen leads efforts in deploying AI solutions to enhance conversation automation and drive organizational success. Previous roles include Interim Head of AI, ML and Chat at PensionDanmark, Director and Senior Manager of Intelligent Automation Technology at KPMG Denmark, and Strategy Partner at IMG_Play, where Kaysen co-founded the Danish entity. Additional positions include CCO at SupWiz, Advisory Board Member roles at Nordisk Film and Publia.co, and Senior Vice President for Enterprise Sales at Arkena. Kaysen holds a Master's degree in Information Science from Aarhus University and a Matematisk studentereksamen from Viby Amtsgymnasium.
