Tue Herlevsen

Tue Herlevsen is a seasoned professional in project and program management, operations and supply chain management, and large-scale transformations. Currently a Partner at Implement Consulting Group since August 2015, Tue focuses on strategy execution and change management. Previous roles include Engagement Manager and Senior Consultant, where expertise in S&OP, integrated business planning, and supply chain analytics was developed. Tue also contributed as an External Lecturer at Aalborg University, teaching courses in supply chain analytics, forecasting, and inventory management. Prior experience includes key roles at Novo Nordisk and Howbiz Management Consulting, with a strong foundation in logistic processes, data analysis, and Lean methodologies. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Supply Chain Management and Global Business Engineering from Aalborg University, respectively.
