Eder Martínez

Eder Martínez is a professor and researcher at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, specializing in construction engineering and management with a focus on Lean Construction, BIM, and Information Technology. Eder has extensive experience as a Senior Lean Construction Specialist/Manager at Implenia, where Eder implements Lean Construction in complex infrastructure projects, as well as co-founding Bauem, a company dedicated to renewable energy projects in Chile and Colombia. Eder's previous roles include project management at Hilti Group, where responsibilities included product development and stakeholder management, and consulting for Lean Construction at CENTRIDAGSA S.A. Eder holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Ingeniero Constructor degree from Universidad Austral de Chile.
