Frédéric Lablanquie

Frédéric Lablanquie has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment with a focus on various technical and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Implenia since August 2020, Frédéric manages recruitment for the Suisse Romande region across Building, Real Estate, and support functions. Prior experience includes roles at Manpower Switzerland from November 2013 to August 2020, progressing from Executive Consultant to Senior Recruitment Specialist, where Frédéric oversaw the recruitment process for industrial clients and specialized in technical and engineering positions. Additional positions held include Sales Manager at SL&C, recruitment consultant at Randstad Switzerland, and various sales roles. Frédéric holds a BTS de Force de Vente from Lycee Evariste Galois.
