Heather Steele

Heather Steele currently serves as the Global Head of Talent and Global Head of the HR Division for Civil Engineering at Implenia, a position held since July 2019. Prior to this, Heather was the Head of Global HR Business Partner for Performance & Cost at LAFARGE HOLCIM from October 2017 to July 2019. With extensive experience in various roles at Ecolab from 2012 to 2017, responsibilities included leading HR Centers of Excellence and overseeing transformation initiatives in Europe. Earlier career stages involved leadership positions at Korn/Ferry Futurestep, Adecco Switzerland, DHL, and Mars. Heather holds several degrees, including a BA Hons in Business Studies from Northumbria University and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, along with certifications as a Pilates Instructor and an inactive ACMA. Currently pursuing advanced education at IMD, Heather combines a wealth of HR expertise with a strong foundation in business management.
