Jessica Bizimungu

Jessica Bizimungu has worked in the software engineering field since 2013. Her work experience includes an Internship Integration Software role at Parrot in 2013, an Embedded Software Engineer role at Safran Engineering Services from 2013 to 2016, a Firmware Engineer role at Intel Corporation in 2016, a Software Development Engineer in Test role at GE Healthcare from 2017 to 2021, and a Senior Software QA Engineer role at Implicity from 2021 onwards. At Safran Engineering Services, their role included modifying Linux OS to create specific distributions, creating and integrating RPM packages, and securing the OS. At GE Healthcare, their role involved defining the test strategy with the Project Manager and DevOps for Cardiovascular applications, writing and reviewing automated tests for e2e and REST API tests, and creating tools and metrics to report failures and instability in the Continuous Integration.

Jessica Bizimungu obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Embedded Systems from ESIEE Paris between 2010 and 2013. Jessica also obtained a Master's degree from Universidad de Salamanca between 2011 and 2012. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from LinkedIn in 2020: End-to-End JavaScript Testing with Cypress.io and React.js Essential Training.
