Rob Jenkins

Rob Jenkins has a diverse work experience in the field of technical operations and web development. Rob has worked as the Director of Technical Operations at Imply since November 2019. Prior to that, they owned and operated Summit Access Consulting since 2008, specializing in web application development and network design. Rob also worked as a Web Applications Developer at Drake Beil and Associates in 2007. From 2014 to 2019, Rob held the role of Senior Manager Technical Operations at Upwork, a freelancing website connecting clients with freelance professionals. Rob served as a Senior Operations Engineer at Elance-oDesk in 2013. Rob was a Systems Administrator at Various, Inc. from 2012 to 2013, managing a network of physical servers and web applications. Rob was also the IT Manager at Skywave Broadband, Inc., responsible for implementing a wireless network in Hawaii. Prior to that, Rob worked as an IT Administrator at Palco Labs and as a Network Engineer at Voxeo.

Rob Jenkins earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from San Diego State University from 1989 to 1994. Rob also obtained a Certificate in UNIX System Management and Administration from UC Santa Cruz Extension, completing the program in 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Rob Jenkins has obtained several certifications from various institutions. Some of these certifications include CISSP Cert Prep, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Developing Your Emotional Intelligence, and AWS for DevOps.
