Impossible is a CBT and mental wellness practice lead by Deborah Nelson. 

Deborah is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, as well as a Specialist Nurse Practitioner in Forensic Mental Healthcare. 

Deborah’s 20 years’ experience working in mental health provides a foundation from which to understand each client’s needs. With experience in acute mental health, brain injury, community mental health, forensic and prison mental health, Deborah has chosen to specialise in CBT as she has seen it change lives and work time and time again.
