Tristan Strong has worked in various roles since 2010. Tristan began their career as a Project Team Intern at Public Works and Government Services Canada | Travaux publics et Services gouvernementaux Canada in 2010. In 2011, they worked as an Environmental and Regulatory Intern and Assistant Co-Venturer Relations Co-ordinator at ExxonMobil. In 2012, they were an Engineering Intern at EXMAR OFFSHORE COMPANY. In 2013, they were a Subsurface Engineering Intern and Mechanical Engineering Intern at ExxonMobil and DNV GL, respectively. From 2016 to 2021, they were a Senior Software Developer and Software Developer at Kraken Robotics and Impossible Metals Inc., respectively.
Tristan Strong obtained a Master's Degree in Oil and Gas Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university between 2009 and 2014. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications from various institutions such as Udemy, edX, Coursera, and HarvardX between 2016 and 2018.
