Dan Hill

Dan Hill is a Senior Consultant at IMPOWER Consulting and a Young MCA Council representative, bringing over 10 years of frontline experience in the public sector. They have held various roles, including Early Help Worker at Lincolnshire County Council, Mental Health and Wellbeing Advisor at the University of Lincoln, and Assistant SENco at Barnes Wallis Academy, all of which deepened their commitment to improving services for vulnerable communities. Before their public service career, Dan served as a Firefighter in the Royal Air Force, which cultivated their resilience and leadership skills. They continue to contribute to public service reform and community development through their work as a volunteer mentor with the Early Careers Foundation.
