Ebony Hughes is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in service transformation within children's services. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at IMPOWER Consulting since April 2020, Ebony previously held the role of Director at iMPOWER from January 2011 to April 2020, and Assistant Director prior to that. Ebony also contributed as a Manager/Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 2004 to March 2011, specializing in local government capital programs and efficiency savings projects. Ebony holds a Chartered Management Consultant qualification from the Chartered Management Institute, as well as an MA in International Political Economy and a BSc in Economics and International Studies from the University of Warwick, along with CPFA credentials from the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy.
