Oliver Barnes

Oliver Barnes is an experienced professional in the field of public management and governance, currently serving as Delivery Director at IMPOWER Consulting since June 2020, having previously held various managerial roles within the company. Prior to this, Oliver worked as Quality Improvement Lead for the North West London Collaboration of Clinical Commissioning Groups from November 2018 to June 2020. Oliver's earlier experience includes multiple commissioning roles at Hertfordshire County Council from September 2013 to November 2018, as well as internships and work experience in research and policy analysis. Oliver holds a degree in History from the University of Cambridge and a Master's in Public Management and Governance from INLOGOV at the University of Birmingham.
