Two of IMPOWRD's programs have been officially recognized by the Department of Education in Western Australia for their role in improving outcomes for 14 to 17-year-olds transitioning into life after school. 

Additionally, their ReadyMatchPlace program has been assisting consultants working in the area of placement in employment assistance organizations, for more than two decades.  Their focus on the matching process, rather than the selling process, has seen them assist thousands of consultants improve their placement outcomes.
