John Podolak

John Podolak has a diverse work experience spanning various industries such as technology solutions, defense, aviation, and the military. John began their career in the US Navy as a Senior Operations Manager and Aviator, where they were responsible for planning and executing complex worldwide operations. After leaving the Navy, they worked for Delta Air Lines as a Pilot for two years.

In 2001, they joined SPAWAR as an IT Logistics Manager and later became a Project Manager for the Space & Electronic Warfare Command. John then moved on to L-3 Communications, where they served as a Business Development and Program Manager. During their time there, they led the development of a missile protection system for large aircraft.

In 2005, John joined Dell as the Director of Business Development for Federal Strategic Programs, where they played a significant role in securing over $4 billion in contract wins over the course of eight years. John also drove revenue growth across various product portfolios and managed the full business development life cycle.

In 2013, John became the Vice President and General Manager for the Department of Defense at IMPRES Technology Solutions. Under their leadership, the company experienced significant corporate growth and achieved recognition as one of Dell's top federal resellers. John's expertise lies in sales leadership, strategic planning, and driving growth in the technology and defense sectors.

John Podolak attended the United States Naval Academy from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering. In 1999, they also obtained the Airline Transport Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
