Poladia is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Impresario Handmade Restaurants. Prior to this, they held various engineering and management positions at Superfan Studio. They obtained a Masters in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Mumbai, following which they completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics. Poladia also holds a Diploma in Engineering from Shah and Anchor Kutchhi Polytechnic.
