Debanjan Sen

Debanjan Sen is currently an advisor at Impress. Debanjan was previously a director at Deloitte Consulting, where they focused on the Future of Work with workforce planning and talent acquisition. Debanjan also activated the regional market on the Future of Work concept through Future of Work Strategy Labs.

Prior to their work at Deloitte, Sen was an adviser and CBO at impress.ai, a startup that builds intelligent, web-based and machine learning enabled recruitment tools to screen job applicants. At impress.ai, they coached the young start-up team to identify customer challenges in recruitment and shape the strategy on product development and customer success.

Sen began their career as a senior consultant in the Performance Management & Executive Compensation Practice at Hewitt Associates. Debanjan then went on to head up the Human Resources department at Société Générale.

Debanjan Sen has a certification from Singapore Management University in Certified HR Analytical Professional (Advanced Level). Debanjan also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Jadavpur University.
