Xi Guo

Xi Guo is the current advisor and owner of Impress Ink. Xi has also been a systems engineering manager at Northrop Grumman and Progress Energy. At Northrop Grumman, they led a team of engineers to deliver value and performance for customers. At Progress Energy, they were responsible for inspecting residential photovoltaic systems, testing existing power distribution systems for reliability, and improving power distribution system reliability by designing and implementing safety switching components with the aid of multiple power distribution system simulation software. Xi was also involved in the implementation of a smart switching system to help regulate power distribution more efficiently in the event of a fault or power outage.

Xi Guo has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UF Hough Graduate School of Business, with a focus in Project Management and PMP certification. Xi also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from University of Central Florida, as well as a Minor in Engineering Management & Leadership. Xi is also Cisco Certified in CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).
