Malgorzata Perfeniuk

Malgorzata Perfeniuk has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and people operations. Malgorzata most recently served as the Head of People & Culture at Impress. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of People Operations at Bitpanda. In their previous role as the Global Head of People Processes & Technology at Glovo, they successfully managed numerous global HR and payroll transformation projects. Before that, they worked at Conduent as the Global HR Services Program Manager, where they directed multiple global HR and payroll automation programs for large-scale clients. Malgorzata was also responsible for implementing a new multi-country workforce deployment and payroll solution for a Fortune 500 company. Additionally, they improved and automated global mobility and relocation processes for another Fortune 500 company. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Xerox as the Global HR Services Program Manager and HRO Global Supervisor, where they led HR shared service center teams and provided HR and payroll services to employees in multiple countries. Malgorzata also worked at Wipro as the Workforce Data Administration Manager and at Sitel as a Team Manager & TrainXpert. Throughout their career, Malgorzata has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and process improvement skills in the field of human resources.

Malgorzata Perfeniuk completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in German Philology at The Samuel Bogumił Linde College of Modern Languages (PCML) from 2002 to 2005. Later, they pursued Postgraduate Studies in Human Resources Management at The WSB University in Wrocław from 2010 to 2011.
