Rati Saxena is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Human Resources at Impressico Business Solutions since May 2020, Rati previously held the position of Assistant Manager of Human Resources at KiwiTech from March 2014 to May 2020. Earlier career roles include Consultant-People Practice at Kellton Tech Solutions Limited and HR Generalist at Rainbow Infomedia Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included recruiting sales and telemarketing teams and overseeing the startup and management of HR systems and programs.
