Peter Lai

Peter Lai has a diverse work experience in the real estate and civil engineering fields. Peter has held leadership positions at various companies, including Impression Homes, Wan Bridge Group, Risland US Holdings LLC, Oceanwide Holdings, and RJN Group, Inc. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for land operations, site acquisition, land development, home construction, property management, and project execution. Mr. Lai has extensive knowledge and experience in real estate development, investment, and infrastructure improvements.

Peter Lai has a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from South China University of Technology.
